A couple months ago I was asked by Kana Brown, editor of LoveItEvv! Magazine to write an article centered on the issue’s theme of Rebirth. Although my own personal rebirth as a business owner has been a gradual one, it was one that crystallized my goals and revealed to me who I am and what I want. As a bonus, Kana asked if I would design and produce her 2 year LoveIt! magazine anniversary party to celebrate the new edition. Taking the theme of Rebirth, we went to work creating a rustic-modern mix and incorporating symbols of growth such as lush moss and greenery and lightbulbs to symbolize creativity and the spark that leads you to new endeavors. We custom designed signage to support the event brand and reinforce the magazine’s message of renewal.

And of course no party would be complete without a photo-op backdrop!

Having the party at the newly opened Farmer and Frenchman in Henderson Kentucky was amazing. The beauty and filtered lighting of the barn elevated the entire event! Katy and her husband have such ambitions for their venue/winery/bedandbreakfast – I cannot wait to see it all complete. It was a wonderful evening with fabulous people.
