Romance, architecture and an Old World atmosphere that cannot be replicated in modern buildings – is it any wonder that Adam and Jessica chose The Old Courthouse for their beautiful winter wedding? We were excited to bring to life this romantic winter wedding using berries, evergreens, and classic white roses. A timeless winter style was created, perfect for their big day. Their ceremony took place in the Green Ballroom where we lined their aisle with candlelit lanterns and created two dramatic hanging lantern urns overflowing with greenery and floral.
For their dinner and reception, they utilized the mirroring White Ballroom where we decorated with candlelit centerpieces of mercury glass, greenery, floral, berries and more lanterns. Each guest was presented with a bronze alpaca and metal miniature church to honor the groom’s Peruvian heritage and their trip to Machu Picchu, where he popped the question to Jessica above the breathtaking scenery.
Their cake was lovingly baked by the groom’s grandmother. A favorite of Adam’s, her red velvet cake was a necessity for their wedding. We decked it out with red roses and berries to compliment the rest of the reception decor.
The joy and love all their family and friend’s felt that night was palatable as many speeches were made, tears shed, laughter shared and with any great event, dancing went on until midnight!
